“Our main guide was rushed via helicopter to hospital after stress fractures to his spine, one of the travellers had an asthma attack, I felt light headed and collapsed at 4000m and many of us suffered from heatstroke due to the glare from the snow! 

“Just wanted to say a massive thank you for your support in promoting my trek. So far we’ve raised £755 (£891 w gift aid) and hopefully by July we can hit the target of £1000. 

“I’m currently stranded in lukla due to poor weather conditions restricting fixed wing aircraft. If we can’t fly out by tomorrow we might have to get a helicopter out of here. The excitement never ends!”
