You get the idea – 3 mountains in 24 hours! B’ham’s Wilderness Medicine Society is climbing the highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales in an adrenalin fuelled 24 hours next month. They’ll be drawing attention to the perils facing mothers in some of the poorest parts of the world and raising funds to fuel Ammalife’s research work – work that will make childbirth safer for those mothers. You can do your bit without leaving the comfort of your armchair by sponsoring the team here. And if you want a good idea of what lies ahead for the plucky team then watch their YouTube clip here. The team is ready to go!
